Bilingual Services / Official Languages Advice
I am fully bilingual. My mother tongue is French, I attended l’Université de Moncton in French and I am completely fluent in both English and French. I also offer basic translation and interpretation services myself and I contract them out if you need something more detailed.
I can also help you with any Canadian official language questions or concerns you may have.
Issues Management
Years of working in issues management with the federal government have trained me to analyze, predict and react to potential media issues and situations quickly. When dealing with these types of issues, I can help you effectively prevent and prepare the desirable outcome, control the situation, recover from it and evaluate afterwards. I have also delivered crisis and issues management training to managers within the public service.
